Who remembers those great dances at the Mandan Community Center with the Bernie Stein Revue?
What great memories for a lot of people! Hear Bernie Stein at Mandan Dykshoorn Park Wednesday night, July 27th, as the summer band shell concerts continue. Bernie has endured great adversity fighting a serious illness a few years ago. It'll be GREAT to hear Bernie Stein on stage in the spotlight once again.
Bernie plays cordovox and cordi-organ and his beautiful wife, Janice, plays piano and accordion. Sons Bill and Barry (so very talented) play drums, keyboard, bass, horns, and more. Their vocals are professional and Bismarck-Mandan is proud to claim the Bernie Stein family. I'm proud to say that they played for my wedding dance July 23, 1999 - people are still commenting to Tom and me about the FUN dance music we had. Don't miss Bernie Stein, July 27th at Dykshoorn Park in Mandan.

Clarissa Lynn has strong roots in North Dakota coming from a small, family farm operation north of Stanton or just a little south of Pick City by the Lake Sakakawea area where she did more bale haulin' and cow milkin' than fishin'; however, Clarissa grew up in a musical family loving and learning to dance to old time and country music.
