FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota Highway Patrol commander has resigned following a March drunk driving arrest in Minnesota.
Capt. Kevin Robson was the commander of the patrol's Grand Forks regional office.
He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving southeast of Bemidji, Minn., on March 10.
