Patrol captain resigns from drunk driving arrest

   FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota Highway Patrol commander has resigned following a March drunk driving arrest in Minnesota.
  Capt. Kevin Robson was the commander of the patrol's Grand Forks regional office.
   He was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving southeast of Bemidji, Minn., on March 10.
   Patrol Superintendent James Prochniak says Robson was a valued employee in his 15 years with the agency.
   Robson supervised 29 officers in a seven-county region.
