BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A former Bismarck grade school music teacher has pleaded guilty to having sex with a 17-year-old girl.
John Krueger pleaded guilty Tuesday to three felony charges of corruption or solicitation of a minor. He will be sentenced later. He faces up to five years in prison on each charge.
Krueger is a former instrumental music director at three Bismarck Roman Catholic schools. Krueger resigned his job in February after he was arrested.
During his court appearance Tuesday, Krueger said he'd had sexual contact with the girl at a motel, a home and a Bismarck radio station (ed. note: it was NOT a Clear Channel station).
Krueger is free on $2,000 bond until he's sentenced. His lawyer says Krueger has undergone treatment for alcoholism. Court records say Krueger was drunk during some of the encounters.
