FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota grand jury has indicted a Minnesota man for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
26-year-old Nathaniel Norris, who is also known by the last name Jaffe-Norris, is awaiting a June 26th trial date. He is being held in Fargo.
According to the indictment, grand jurors found that Norris was in possession of a firearm as convicted felon between March 1st and April 11th.
Norris faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
