FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ North Dakota State University food experts are holding barbecue ``boot camps'' in four cities in the next two months.
They'll talk about picking cuts of meat, cooking methods, and the varieties of seasonings a person can use while grilling.
People who take part will also get information about current trends in the beef, lamb and pork industries.
The boot camps are hosted by NDSU animal sciences and extension service faculty. They'll be held in Fargo on June 20, Williston on June 26, Bismarck on July 16 and Minot on July 18.
