   FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ Officials are investigating the cause of a mechanical problem that set off some warning sirens in the Fargo area.
   A few sirens began sounding at about 7 a.m. on Sunday, startling residents in Fargo and West Fargo.
   Red River Dispatch says there was no severe weather in the area and the noise was the result of a mechanical problem.
