FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota woman has been charged with stealing painkillers that had been prescribed to patients at the VA Medical Center in Fargo.
Jessica Jo Stevens has pleaded not guilty to acquisition of a controlled substance by fraud or misrepresentation, and health care fraud.
Authorities say the 32-year-old Stevens obtained methadone, oxycodone, hydrocodone, hydromorphone and morphine.
A trial date has not been scheduled.
