   MINOT, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to stabbing another man multiple times in the head with a knife.
   Dustin Spears, of Belcourt, is charged in federal court with assault with a dangerous weapon. He faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
   The incident happened on Feb. 25. Authorities say the victim suffered several cuts above the left ear and head that required staples.
   Sentencing is set for Sept. 21 in Bismarck.
