JAMESTOWN, N.D. (AP) _ The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a Jamestown man involved in a deadly wrong-way crash on Interstate-94 had a blood-alcohol concentration more than three times the legal limit.
Troopers say 28-year-old Wyatt Klein's blood-alcohol concentration was .25, compared to a legal limit of .08, when he drove the wrong direction on I-94 and crashed into a West Fargo family.
Thirty-four-year-old Aaron Deutscher, his pregnant 36-year-old wife, Allison, and their 18-month-old daughter Brielle were killed as a result of the crash near Crystal Springs on July 6th. Klein also died in the crash.
Troopers say Klein had been going east in the westbound lanes and struck the westbound Deutscher family.
