North Dakota man pleads guilty to assault

   BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota man has pleaded guilty to acharge of assault resulting in serious bodily injury.
   U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon announced Wednesday that 32-year-old Daniel Chase pleaded guilty to the charge in U.S.District Court.
   Prosecutors say Chase got into an argument with another person in June 2010 near Lake Sakakawea (suh-kah-kuh-WEE'-uh). He allegedly used his hands and feet to beat the victim. The victim suffered several injuries, including a broken tooth, bruising and internal abdominal surgeries which required surgery.
   Chase faces up 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine when he is sentenced November 19th.
