ND woman charged with murder bails out of jail

VALLEY CITY, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota woman facing murder and

two child abuse charges after her 22-month-old son died last month

has bailed out of jail.

28-year-old Jodi Renae Lindvall, of Fort Ransom, posted $10,000 cash bail Tuesday

afternoon.

Lindvall was being held at the Barnes County Jail in Valley

City. She is accused of killing her son, Bentley Lindvall, on Sept.

22. It is unclear how the child died.

Lindvall faces up to life in prison for the murder charge. The

abuse charges each carry a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.

Court documents do not list an attorney for Lindvall. A phone

number listed for Lindvall rang unanswered Wednesday.
