FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ North Dakota State University President Dean
Bresciani (bruh-SHAW'-nee) is giving his annual ``state of the
university'' address.
The speech is planned for late Thursday morning in the Festival
Concert Hall of the Reineke Fine Arts Center.
NDSU in Fargo is the second-largest university in the state in
terms of enrollment, with more than 14,400 students. The University
of North Dakota in Grand Forks has 15,250.
