BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ North Dakota's workers' compensation
agency is looking for new members for its board of directors.
The terms of four of the 11 directors are ending in December.
All four board members represent business interests, and three have
to be top executives at their companies.
The board oversees the operation of North Dakota's Workforce
Safety and Insurance agency, and makes recommendations to the
governor.
North Dakota Chamber of Commerce President Andy Peterson says
the new jobs are important to the state's businesses and its
workers.
Workforce Safety and Insurance provides insurance coverage for
employees who are injured on the job. It pays for medical expenses,
rehabilitation and training for injured workers.
