GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) _ A Tennessee woman has been sentenced to
10 years in prison for flying to North Dakota to have sex with a
15-year-old boy.
Cynthia Kusy, of Knoxville, Tenn., was sentenced on convictions
for sexually assaulting a minor and luring a minor over the
Internet. She'll be on supervised probation for five years after her prison
term.
Authorities say Kusy met the boy while playing an online
computer game, and in April 2011 flew to Grand Forks and rented a
motel room, where she gave the boy beer and had sex with him over
three days. A week later she drove to Grand Forks, picked up the
boy and took him to Knoxville without telling his mother.
Kusy is married and has a teenage son.
