BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota man says he will plead
guilty on a drug charge.
Rodney Kirk faces a 10-year minimum mandatory sentence on a
federal charge of possession with intent to distribute a controlled
substance.
Authorities say officers found 140 grams of pure methamphetamine
during an October 2011 of Kirk's residence in Williston.
The charge carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.
A change of plea hearing is scheduled Oct. 16 in Bismarck.
