Fargo men gets 5 years for role in burglaries

   FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ One of two Fargo men accused of burglarizing home construction sites has been sentenced to five years in prison after pleading guilty to more than 20 counts of conspiracy.
   35-year-old Jason Leines also must serve five years of supervised probation and pay restitution to be determined later.
   Prosecutors allege that Leines and Jeremy Tibiatowski stole equipment worth more than $10,000, mostly from home construction sites in Fargo, West Fargo, Argusville and Kindred. Tibiatowski has pleaded not guilty.
