   BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A North Dakota assistant attorney general has a frightening example of the effects of synthetic drug use.
   Julie Lawyer played a recording of a 911 emergency call to a legislative committee that's looking at the state's laws against synthetic drugs.
   The 17-year-old Larimore girl had been to a Grafton home and had taken two ``hits'' from a pipe containing synthetic marijuana.
   She had a bad reaction, and when she was out driving, she called 911. When the operator asked what was wrong, the girl could only scream incoherently.
   Lawyer says the call makes the hair on the back of her neck stand on end.
