BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ Bismarck-Mandan Development Association President Russ Staiger says he's retiring due to health issues.
Staiger will be stepping down on June 30. The 72-year-old Staiger says he has had some complications after recent open-heart surgery.
Staiger started at the economic development group in 1980, shortly after it was formed.
Board president Ron Day says the group will be searching for Staiger's replacement. Day says Staiger will have input in the hiring process.
