WILLISTON, N.D. (AP) _ Fargo-based accounting and consulting
firm is acquiring a similar company in Williston.
Eide Bailly's acquisition of Voller, Lee, Suess & Associates is aimed at bringing
more resources and services to clients in western North Dakota's
oil patch.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The newspaper reports that the acquisition will add three
partners, 12 staff members and $2.6 million in revenue to Eide
Bailly.
