Reward offered for information in hit-and-run case

DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) _ The widow of a man killed in a

hit-and-run case in Dickinson is offering a reward for people who

come forward with information.

Tracy Freer was killed when a pickup struck him about 1 a.m.

Wednesday in the Queen City Motel parking lot. Freer had been had

been letting his dog out to use the bathroom when he was struck and

dragged about 15 feet.

Tracey Freer owned the motel with his wife Roberta.

Roberta Freer says that her family is offering $5,000 for information leading to the

driver of the pickup. She says she has faith the detectives working

on the case will be able to solve it.
