BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A Bismarck man has pleaded not guilty to charges related to allegation he stole a pickup and an automatic teller machine in Sheridan County.
34-year-old Donald Keith Eliason pleaded not guilty Wednesday to two counts of burglary, theft of property, criminal mischief and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court hearing is scheduled for Jan. 2.
Eliason is accused of stealing a pickup from inside an airport hangar, then driving the pickup to a McClusky convenience store, breaking windows and stealing an ATM. Court documents say he had marijuana paraphernalia in his car when he was arrested.
