BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ The North Dakota Public Service Commission is holding a ceremony on Thursday to honor commissioner Kevin Cramer.
Cramer is resigning from the commission at the end year of the year after he was elected to the U.S. House in November. He will be sworn into office on Jan. 3.
The PSC is holding the ceremony at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Memorial Hall at the State Capitol. The event is free and open to the public.
