GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) _ A Grand Forks city commission has drafted a plan to help combat the city's housing crunch.
The so-called Blue Ribbon Commission on Housing has listed the priorities online and is encouraging residents to select their top three priorities out of the dozen listed.
The document provides recommended actions and possible development scenarios for the city.
Feedback will be accepted until Jan. 5. The group will vote to ratify the report at its final meeting on Jan. 9.
