BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ The largest man camp operator in North Dakota's oil patch is selling its properties to a multinational company for $625 million.

The sale of Target Logistics' Bakken properties to Algeco Scotsman is expected to close at the end of the month. Algeco Scotsman owns modular worker housing and storage facilities in several countries.

Target Logistics operates man camps in Tioga, Williston, Watford City and Dunn County. More than 3,400 workers are housed in the facilities.

Target Logistics' spokesman Randy Pruett says there won't be any immediate changes for the company because of the purchase.

Pruett says Target Logistics' name and logo will remain intact. A tag mentioning Algeco Scotsman will be added.
