BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) _ A Fargo manufacturing firm has been named North Dakota exporter of the year.
Gov. Jack Dalrymple presented the award Tuesday to Legacy Steel Buildings. The 40-year-old company makes steel buildings and ships them to markets around the world.
Officials say the company increased their exports by 70 percent last year and expanded into markets including Colombia, Bolivia and Australia.
The Exporter of the Year Award is presented to one North Dakota business each year that expands and supports international markets.
