FARGO, N.D. (AP) _ A storm with freezing drizzle and snow is affecting motorists and schools throughout the Dakotas.
The National Weather Service has issued various storm warnings and advisories in the two states through Monday night and into Tuesday in some areas.
A blizzard warning is posted for northwestern North Dakota, with up to 15 inches of snow possible in areas near the Canadian border. Lesser but still-significant amounts are forecast for other areas.
Travel advisories have been posted in some areas, and several schools are starting late or calling off classes for the day.
