Trial scheduled for accused ND insurance agent

   DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) _ Trial has been scheduled next month for a Dickinson insurance agent accused of stealing $30,000 from a client.
 
   Assistant Attorney General Jon Byers says Scott Biggs has rejected a proposed plea agreement. Judge Zane Anderson set trial for April 3-5.
 
   Biggs has pleaded not guilty to five felony theft of property charges. He could face 45 years in prison if convicted.
 
   State Insurance Commissioner Adam Hamm has ordered Biggs to stop doing business in North Dakota.
